Girl! Aren’t you tired? I heard it’s Mercury Retrograde. My emotions have been off the chain lately and quite frankly, I’m over it. But then again, I’m not.

It’s been freeing to release and cry if I need to. It’s freeing not to care what others think or say. It’s freeing to just be.

As women, we take on a load of duties and we try to stay strong all the time, but we don’t have to. I watched the Kobe Bryant memorial and his wife, Vanessa Bryant, stood at the podium while sharing stories about her husband and darling daughter, GiGi. I admired her courage and strength. She didn’t have to speak. I felt like it was so soon, yet she was so strong.

In this episode, I give 5 reasons why it’s okay to not be okay and how to navigate your feelings. Because I’m tired. Are you?
