So there’s a new trend floating around TikTok where girls are saying, “I’m a lucky girl, everything works out for me,” and you know I’m here for it.

I’ve talked about affirmations plenty of times on the Go Girl podcast so of course I was excited to see this mantra trending on the social media platform. I Am are two of the most powerful words and what you say after shapes your reality. I always encourage you to speak kindly to yourself; it matters!

Positive affirmations are statements or phrases that are designed to be repeated to oneself as a way to promote positive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. That’s why I encourage you to incorporate affirmations into your daily routine.
